Sweat Pretty Classes

Sweat Pretty is a women's only fitness class designed to lean you out & tone you up! We use the pilates reformer, weights, ballet barre and of course incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This is a supportive, motivating and encouraging women's group with workouts that ACTUALLY WORK to help you reach your goals and build friendships in the process.
