Barre Classes

Barre classes are a combination of pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. The exercises are choreographed to motivating music to keep you moving, even when your body is shaking. Using a ballet barre and props such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body. 
 

Monday & Wednesday 9am- 10am

Tuesday & Thursday 6:15am- 7am,  5:30pm-6:30pm
