I hear these words almost on a daily basis as I happily sip my apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has a pretty unique taste, but once you hear about all of the amazing benefits of this strong drink, you’ll want a glass too!

1-2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
1-2 cups of water (don’t skip this step - it’s necessary to dilute the vinegar so it’s easier on your gut and teeth)
3-5 drops lemon doterra essential oil
3-5 drops lime doterra essential oil
Mix and serve for a refreshing drink similar to a margarita (non-alcoholic, of course).
