Why wouldn’t you want to drink it?

1-2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar

1-2 cups of water (don’t skip this step - it’s necessary to dilute the vinegar so it’s easier on your gut and teeth)

3-5 drops lemon doterra essential oil

3-5 drops lime doterra essential oil

Mix and serve for a refreshing drink similar to a margarita (non-alcoholic, of course).

Sweat Pretty Client Highlight

  I have worked with Mallory for a little over a year. I started off meeting her through a client/friend of hers who introduced me to her bikini challenge online. In my head I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but boy did it do me justice. I wasn't into fitness before starting with her so everything was very new to me.
