Ch-ch-ch-Chia Seed Pudding girl!

August 26, 2016 Mallory Hansard

Hey busy bees - do you want an easy, quick, and healthy breakfast on the go? Check out this zero-guilt snack below! It only takes 2 minutes to prep and 2 minutes to eat - yum!

What you will need:

  1. Small mason or glass jar

  2. 2 TBSP organic chia seeds

  3. 1 cup almond milk

Directions:

  • Fill your jar with 1 cup almond milk

  • Add 2 TBSP of organic chia seeds

  • Stir for 30 seconds

  • Cover and put in fridge for 2 to 4 hours

  • Add fruit if needed and enjoy!

Because the wait time on these are pretty long, I always make my chia pudding the night before or make a couple to get me through the next couple days.

I love my pudding plain just like this, but you can always flavor it up with a TBSP of peanut butter! Just be sure to really stir it in. I also love to add a little granola and coconut shavings. Bomb!

What are you favorite things to add? Comment below to share with our Sweat Pretty girls! And, as usual, if you would like more recipes like this, check out my Eat Pretty nutrition program!

xoxo,
