I just realized that it’s been two years since my first Halloween Trim Down Challenge! The first one was amazing, but to think how much more I have learned in the past two years! You’re in for a treat :)

This challenge is going to have you slay away for that booty. Plus, you’ll get a meal guide that will nourish the body from the inside out. Yes, think tight, glowing, flawless skin for that cute little costume you have picked out. Ya girl!

What if I told you that for this challenge all you had to do was workouts to Four Beyoncé songs and you would get the results you're looking for? Yes, only four Beyonce songs to your perfect Halloween physique! Thats less than 25 minutes a day to fit all your busy B's lives.
This is an online challenge that can be done in your very own living room. All you need is 4 items:
1. yoga mat or towel
2. 1 set of dumbbells (anywhere from 3 - 8 pounds)
3. 1 kettlebell (5 - 15 pounds)
4. YOUR BOOTY!
Challengers are looking for the following:
